By working out the best tessellation system I have been able to cost the raw material for this build as follows: frame - £16 (3m x 45mm x 45mm) sawn pine x 6 lengths
Box section - £40 (18mm x 2400mm x 1220mm) medium density fibreboard x 2 sheets
Cover - £110 (5mm x 3050mm x 2050mm) clear Perspex sheet.
Total expense - £166.
